Editoria e Giardini – Verbania (Italy)
Editoria e Giardini is the annual publisher’s book fair on the theme of gardens and the botanical heritage of the Verbania area. Started in 2001 by the town Council of Verbania, the fair’s mission is to bring garden enthusiasts together on the shores of Lake Maggiore, a place which is so closely linked to botany and the tradition of gardening. Every year, exhibitions, cultural events, workshops for both adults and children, meetings and conferences, editorial encounters and presentations, concerts, theatrical performances and installations connected to the world of gardens and botany are held against the elegant backdrop of Villa Giulia in Verbania Pallanza and in many different villas and gardens on the shores of Lake Maggiore.
