Harrogate Autumn Flower Show – Harrogate (United Kingdom)
The theme this autumn is Plants of Pleasure, a journey across thousands of years of guilty plant enjoyment. From cocoa beans and grape vines, to love potions and perfumed oils we explore the origins of those plants often considered to be naughty, but nice. The Autumn Flower Show will also present “Humphry Repton – The Great Improver”, a special North of England Horticultural Society exhibition to mark the 200th anniversary of Repton’s death, traces the life and works of the 18th Century’s last great landscape designer.
