Hubert Robert and the garden factory
The first exhibition devoted to Hubert Robert and gardens will be reuniting around 70 works from public and private collections. Paintings, drawings and engravings, but also models and photographs which collectively present a largely acknowledged facet of Humbert Robert’s work and his role in landscape composition and the invention of garden ruins, monuments and memorials.
