Allain Provost, 50 years of landscape, 50 years of archives
Presented on the occasion of the International Archives Week, the ‘Allain Provost, 50 years of landscape, 40 years of archives’ exhibition focuses on the discovery of an archive collection donated to the school by Allain Provost, winner of the Grand Prix du Paysage landscaping prize in 1994.
Developed by the school’s documentation, archives and collections department, with support from Sonia Keravel, university lecturer, HDR (accredited research supervisor), the exhibition will comprise three themes:
- a presentation of the renowned landscaper Allain Provost;
- an insight into his work through a selection of archive documents;
- an initiation into the use of archives in landscape research.
