The theme of this new session: A journey through time in historic fruit and vegetable gardens.
- Nathalie Romatet, owner of the Château de Mirosmesnil (France) will present her vegetable garden’s evolution since a major restoration campaign in 1945. She will focus particularly on the role of owner-head gardener relationships throughout this evolution.
- Trevor Nicholson, head gardener at Harewood (United Kingdom) will take us on a journey through the history of Harewood and will highlight visitor-gardener-owner relationships in vegetable garden renewal.
