On the occasion of Gender Equality Month, the MUS (Suresnes Museum of Urban and Social History) is proposing an evening conference on the theme of gender in landscaping professions. Is it easy for women to become landscapers today? What is their approach with regards to environmental issues? Today, many women work as landscape designers. This has not always been the case, even if women have played a considerable role in the emergence of this profession, which is both novel and established in the age-old tradition of garden art.
