New research into the art of gardens and the planning of public spaces in Munich, 1920-1945
This colloquium will present recent research on the history of gardens in Munich in the first half of the 20th century. On the day’s agenda: contributions drawn from university study and the historiography of gardens, on the history of Munich’s public and communal institutions, on public spaces and residential gardens. The day will come to a close over a conference on the historic gardens of Bavaria in the national socialist period.
