René André’s (1867–1942) time : A field of creativity of landscape architects – from greenery to town planning – Vilnius (Lithuania)
The Conference is organized to commemorate in 2017 the 150th anniversary of the birth and the 75th anniversary of the death of René André, French landscape architect and urbanist, who worked whit his father in Lithuania and in the neighbouring countries at the end of the nineteenth century, also to commemorate (in 2018) the Lithuanian Independence hundred-year anniversary.
